Hi Lovelies,
Winter season is soon approaching...in the Beauty World that means bold and shimmery make up looks for parties and the festivities , if you can’t use glitter around Christmas time then when can you? several beauty brands sell lose glitter powder , M.A.C offer individual pots for £13 each ,as I’m still in the experimenting stage variety over quality is more important, so i did a little research and found multiple sellers on eBay offering good prices for a large collection.
I purchased the 45 colour combo for £6.69
from the seller jhetvhet, this product comes from China so took a few weeks to
come in the post, but for the price well worth the wait.
I started this look
with my regular, brow + foundation and concealer routine, applying a matte
purple eye shadow to act as the base for the glitter, and using Stargazer
Glitter Fix Gel Fixing Glue for Face & Body (also from eBay) I applied a
small amount on my lids and with an eye shadow brush patted the glitter on.
When the Glitter dried, I applied black eyeliner on the ends
of my top eyelids with my collection 2000, and applied max factor excess
intensity long wear eyeliner in the colour Aqua on my bottom water line all the way up to the
corner of the eye shadow end on my top eyelid ...and to top off the look used my Liberty Matte lipstick.
I love the overall look,but next time will use the loose glitter less sparingly to create a bolder look.
